I spent years inside one of the world's largest companies, and many more working alongside companies of every size, from ten people to thousands. In almost all of them I kept seeing the same thing. Simple tasks that should have taken minutes took hours, sometimes days, because the right information couldn't be found, or because nobody was free to follow up the routine things.
Teams were stretched. Small slips became bigger problems, and everyone got busier still. A circle that was hard to break.
I spent much of that time putting things in order and building ways to prevent the next problem. It worked, up to a point, but never as well as I hoped. People simply didn't have the time.
When AI arrived, I knew what had to be built: something simple that keeps a company's information in order and lets the routine take care of itself. Less searching, fewer slips, less strain on the people doing the work. Healthier companies, and more profitable ones too.
So I built it.
