How AskNeil handles the personal information you share when you visit askneil.ai. How we handle your company's records in AskNeil itself is set out in your contract.

Who we are
AskNeil Data Intelligence Inc., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. For any privacy question, write to questions@askneil.ai.
What we collect, and why
- When you book a demo or write to us: your name, job title, work email, company, company size and country, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, how you heard about us and anything else you tell us. We use it only to reply and arrange your demo.
- When you sign up for news: your email address, with your consent. We send one email asking you to confirm, and every email after that has an unsubscribe link.
- When you browse: a count of visits and of which pages are visited, through Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and does not identify you or follow you to other websites.
- When you browse, if you allow it: anonymous statistics about which pages are visited, through Google Analytics. These cookies are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner.
Who else handles it
Demo requests are emailed to our own mailbox through Microsoft 365. A copy of each demo request, and a record of each newsletter sign-up with your consent, is kept with our website host, InMotion Hosting. Newsletter addresses are held by beehiiv, our newsletter provider, and website statistics by Cloudflare and, if you accept cookies, Google Analytics. Each handles the information only on our behalf.
Our films are hosted on YouTube. YouTube is loaded, and may set its own cookies, only when you press play on a film.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. To protect our forms from automated abuse, we also keep a scrambled form of your internet connection's address for about a day.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, withdraw your consent at any time, and change your cookie choice from the link at the foot of every page. We handle personal information in line with Canada's privacy laws.
