Mix plans freely. Most companies put most people on Reef and a few on Blue. Minimum 10 people per company. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
A busy colleague is balanced by a quieter one.
Each person's plan adds to one shared allowance for your company, so nobody is stopped because a colleague asked more today.
Everyone can see how much of their allowance they have used, and is told at 75% and 90%. Your admin is told when the company reaches 90% and 100%. An answer that has started always finishes.
What is included.
Onboarding
One month of the plan price for each new person, once. It covers connecting your systems, bringing in your history and checking that everything works. You go live 7 to 14 days from the agreed start, and billing starts on the day you go live.
Data
Your plan's data allowance is shared across the company: 25 people on Reef share 250 GB. At 100%, new data pauses until you decide: tidy up old folders at no cost, or agree to extra data at CAD 1 per GB per month. You are never charged for data you did not agree to.
Exact answers from your forms
Teaching Neil one of your forms, such as an incident report, is priced per form as a one-off fee (why it matters). It covers designing and testing the form with you, and reading the copies you already have.
Neil at work
Each Neil holds a seat like a member of staff, starting on Blue, and carries several tasks. Setting up a task has a one-off fee, agreed before any work starts. See Neil at work
Billing
Pay monthly at the listed price, or annually and get two months free. Invoices are in Canadian dollars, paid by bank transfer within 30 days. Moving someone to a bigger plan gives them the bigger allowance straight away; the difference is billed for the rest of the period.
Changing plans
Moving someone to a bigger or smaller plan is free. A smaller plan keeps a shorter conversation history, so older conversations are removed; your admin is told before confirming.
Before you ask.
Do you charge per question?
No. You pay per person. The shared allowance covers normal busy use comfortably.
Is there a free trial?
There is a free demo instead. It runs on documents you choose, with capped use, stays open while you use it, and closes after 30 days without use.
What happens if someone leaves?
Their knowledge stays. A colleague can be given access to their mailbox and calendar, and their seat stays billed while that access continues. The seat can then pass to a new starter at no onboarding cost.
How far back does AskNeil go?
You decide. Before set-up we measure your mail and files, sizes and dates only, and show you how far back each amount of data reaches. You pick the amount; we bring it in newest first.
What if the company's allowance runs low?
Anyone who has gone well past their own share pauses until next month, so colleagues can still ask. Moving that person to a bigger plan lets them continue straight away.
Do we need our IT team?
Only someone who manages your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, to approve the connection. The AskNeil team does the rest.
